To create sustainable social and economic value through our business activities, we established the “ESG Committee” in 2021 and have been promoting activities in each field through the “Environmental Committee,” “Social Committee,” and “Governance Committee,” which are subordinate organizations. In order to deepen and promote ESG management more effectively and efficiently, we have recently reviewed our sustainability promotion system. We will continue to promote sustainability-related activities by incorporating sustainability into our management strategies and running the PDCA cycle.
Issues discussed in the Sustainability Committee are reported and deliberated once a year at the Corporate Management Committee and Board of Directors meetings, and the Board of Directors regularly oversees this process and provides instructions as necessary.
