Creating new businesses to respond to the diversified needs of the mobility industry.

Our Mobility Business Promotion Department primarily focuses on the sales of automotive parts for commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses. In recent years, under the theme of “Creating new businesses in the truck and bus industry,” we have been actively working on developing new products and expanding our network to meet the diversified needs.
In the mobility industry, with the acceleration of electrification and decarbonization trends, and the rising demand for small-lot and short-delivery shipments due to the spread of e-commerce, addressing the driver shortage and strengthening safety measures are also critical issues. Against this background, we actively propose new high-safety solutions to alleviate drivers' burdens and seek efficient transportation methods.
To actualize new businesses, we place great emphasis on hearing our customers' voices directly. For instance, based on customer requests at exhibitions, we started handling wheel nuts provided by Sweden's Nord-Lock company.
Nord-Lock's wheel nuts, with patented washer technology, feature a structure that physically prevents bolt loosening, significantly reducing maintenance inspection burdens. After swiftly discussing with Nord-Lock and communicating business opportunities in the Japanese market, collaboration was realized. Currently, we have delivered around 300 wheel nuts to about a dozen companies, steadily accumulating achievements.
Furthermore, new businesses have emerged from customers' voices, such as requests for systems to monitor truck load capacities, leading to collaboration with a UK company that handles "Overload Monitoring Systems." Moving forward, we will continue to create new businesses based on customers' voices to address the complexities and advanced safety measures in the logistics industry.
