Joint Exhibition with Norway’s Hystar AS at One of the World’s Largest Hydrogen‑Related Exhibitions

Nippon Steel Trading Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will jointly exhibit with Norway’s HYSTAR AS (hereinafter referred to as “Hystar”) at the H2 & FC EXPO - Int’l Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo, one of the world’s largest hydrogen‑related exhibitions, to be held from Tuesday, March 17 to Thursday, March 19, 2026. This will be our second consecutive joint exhibition following 2025, aimed at further enhancing recognition of Hystar’s water electrolysers and proprietary technologies.

Hystar’s Water Electrolyser
Our company positions Hystar, a leading company in PEM electrolysers, as a mutually beneficial and strategic partner. In addition to supplying materials, our company serves as Hystar’s exclusive distributor in Japan and is actively promoting the expansion of sales of the company’s water electrolysers and stacks.
At the previous exhibition, more than 300 visitors—far exceeding expectations—visited our booth. This year, we have expanded the booth area to approximately three times the previous size to allow more visitors to understand Hystar’s technological advantages. Building on the trusted relationship established since 2023, we will showcase a full‑scale model of a water electrolyser stack* and present Hystar’s PEM electrolysis technology.
Our company will continue strengthening its collaboration with Hystar and contribute to the expansion of the green hydrogen business in Japan and the realization of a carbon‑neutral society through greater awareness and wider adoption of water electrolysers.
*Stack: The core component of a water electrolyser, consisting of multiple electrolyser cells stacked together.
