Sumikin Bussan Corporation (Representative Director : Ichiro Miyasaka) and Nippon Steel Trading Co., Ltd. (Representative Director : Kenji Hiwatari) have undergone merger reviews by the relevant authorities inside and outside of Japan for the business integration of the two companies scheduled for October 1st, 2012.
Now, Sumikin Bussan Corporation and Nippon Steel Trading Co., Ltd. have received the approval by all of the antitrust authorities including the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
Sumikin Bussan Corporation and Nippon Steel Trading Co., Ltd. Will merge on October 1st, 2013 and will endeavor for the early realization of the synergies.
