Nippon Steel Trading Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is actively strengthening its recruitment of experienced hires (mid-career employees) to enhance our growth, drawing on their specialized knowledge and extensive experience. In fiscal year 2023, 49 experienced hires joined our company, with an additional 49 joining in fiscal year 2024. These individuals are playing a key role in advancing our business growth.
To ensure that experienced hires can adapt quickly to their new work environment and maximize their potential, we have enhanced our support infrastructure. From May, our company has started holding monthly orientation sessions tailored to the needs of experienced hires, providing comprehensive explanations of in-house systems, employee benefits, and operational frameworks—critical information for a smooth transition immediately after joining. In addition, the frequency of specialized training for experienced hires has been increased from twice to four times a year, with enriched content to further foster skill development.
